Duke EMS has been in existence for over ten years serving the Duke
district with first res
ponse emergency medical care. We are constantly
growing and becoming a more integral part of the community every year.

DUKE EMS IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR NEW MEMBERS! The application can be downloaded

be returned to Duke EMS Base as outlined on the application. The application deadline is

EMT-Basic CLASS INFORMATION
Duke EMS sponsors an EMT-B class on campus each semester. See information under training for more details. If you are not currently EMT-certified, but are looking to enter the field of emergency medical care, please follow our "EMT Training" link above for more information. Classes at Duke are offered both in the fall and spring semesters, and classes in Durham or Chapel Hill are typically offered year-round.
